Total time: over 30 hours.

Medium: Pixels. Everything after preliminary sketches were done in Photoshop using a Wacom tablet.

Background: I took my reference photo for peacock feathers, added a radial blur filter, and fiddled with the hue and saturation until I liked it.

Things I like: Fatima's dress, the gold pattern and gold effects, the drapery on the gown, and the headdress.

Things I would change if I could do it all over again: Her pose. Her right hand looks awkward.

Rendering judgement: Probably one of my best pieces currently in the gallery, this will now be my featured deviation.

I think the background kind of detracts form the picture as a whole. It's so garish that it draws the eye away from Fatima.

She, as a whole, though, is beautiful. All the effort you put into it really shows. You've done a fantastic job.

To be honest, she was more inspired by the Space-Time Witch of Tsubasa Chronicle and XXXholic fame than Lulu. . .
