ANIME

1. Futari Ecchi - Anime Erotica in the best sense of the word. This is not pr0n. This is a surprisingly sensitive look at the love life of a young married couple learning how to be husband and wife. See if you can find a fansub, it's worth watching for you 18+folk.

2. Saishukeiki Kanojou (Saikano) - What if you fell in love, and the girl you loved turned out to be a weapon of mass destruction? Teenage love and hormones on the one hand, total destruction on the other. "The Last Love Song on This Little Planet" indeed. The manga, by the way, is more explicit than the anime.

Your not alone...I too know how it feels to lose a family member. My family lives in Honda, Colombia. And sometimes they hardly have enough money to afford a docter & clothes.

I hereby recommend that the Boston Celtics be renamed the "Boston Brick Wall Against Which Kobe Bryant Hurled Himself Desperately to No Avail."

Good for them, though, they deserve this ring.

Only if you're a Celtics fan. -_-

. . . honestly, though, magnanimous in defeat.

*laughs* When it came down to the Lakers vs the Celtics...I wasn't sure who to root for...*is a Utah Jazz fan* Reason...I HATE the Lakers...but I LOVE Derek Fischer! He was my fav Jazz player before he went back to the Lakers, and his reason for leaving the Jazz (his little girl's condition) only made me love the man more. Just a few months before her diagnosis I'd watched something on...either Discovery Health or the Sience channel about her specific condition, how hard it is to treat, and how few specialists there really are in this country that can deal with it properly. So unlike all the un-educated people who got pissed at him, and are determined it was just an excuse to leave, it only made me love and respect him more. So...I would LOVE for him to have won...but I hate the Lakers...so I did not want THEM to win...so in the end, I sat on the couch and read while my husband watched the final game. That final score, though...was just laughable on the part of the Lakers! Celtics did an AWESOME job in that game, and the Lakers didn't have a payer.

Derek Fischer is one of my favorite players, and I'm really glad he came back to L.A. He's not super-flashy or anything, but he's a really solid player who's always out there putting 110%. Hoping he'll be back next season, though my friend J seems to think that L.A. will be in good hands with Farmar.

But yeah, honestly, they really need to do something about Kobe "Airhead" Bryant.

I think my friend J said it best: "It's like a train wreck, I can't look away." . . . wait. . . I mean, "The Lakers came to Boston expecting to lose, and exceeded all expectations." After the first quarter, they were dead: Second quarter, with something like 14 unanswered points? That was the first nail in the coffin. The third quarter was the Celtics jumping up and down on the grave and packing down the earth.

That said, I can't help but feel good for Kevin Garnett. Man deserves his ring.

LOL, seriously. Maybe if the lakers actually made all those missed shots in the first couple games...
~ayas-shadow:iconayas-shadow: Jun 18, 2008, 11:02:27 AM
Yeah...Kobe...I just plain don't like the man. I wish Fisch could/would come back to Utah...but I know it's not gonna happen as long as his daughter needs to be in the care of a specialist...and by the time she no longer needs such care...well...it'll be more than likely about time for him to retire, unless he decides to be one of those player who just won't quit...but again...by then it's still not likely that he'll be coming back to Utah if he does start moving around other teams again.

And yeah. The Celtics worked hard to do what they did this season, and deserved the win they got! I only sort of know who Kevin Garnett is (I only became a Jazz fan about 3 years ago thanks to my husband, and still don't really follow any other teams, or know who many non-Jazz players are) but my hubby says he deserves it too, so I know he must!
